Transit Planner — Vancouver & San Francisco

Paul
Liu

I design transit networks, maps, and systems that move people better. From Muni system maps to TransLink route alignments — I work at the intersection of planning, data, and design.

I'm a transit and urban planner based in Vancouver, BC. I recently completed a dual Master's in City Planning and Transportation Engineering at UC Berkeley, where I also taught a course on transit planning and worked on campus mobility policy.

My work spans network design, wayfinding, data analysis, and public engagement — with a particular interest in making transit legible and equitable for everyone who uses it.

I'm bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
